How It’s Work

Pay with HSA & FSA at Healing Hands Diagnostic

Using tax-advantaged dollars for your health just got easier. We accept most HSA and FSA debit cards for eligible lab services performed in our lab or by our mobile team.

What’s Typically Eligible

• Routine and physician-directed bloodwork
• Wellness panels and diagnostic tests
• Pre-employment and medically necessary screenings

(eligibility is determined by your plan administrator; some elective tests may require a Letter of Medical Necessity from your provider)

How to Use Your HSA/FSA Here

1. Book your appointment or walk in
2. Pay with your HSA/FSA card at checkout (or pay out-of-pocket and submit to your plan)
3. Receive documentation: itemized receipt showing test names, service date, and amount paid
– Need a Letter of Medical Necessity? Bring one from your provider and we’ll attach it to your receipt

Documentation We Provide

• Itemized paid receipt with test names and amounts
• Our business name, address, and contact info
• Service date (date of specimen collection)
